Journey to the Cross

Journey to the Cross

It is our desire to create space for reflection, meditation, reading and prayer for people to walk-thru as they follow the steps that Jesus walked on earth.  This year we can't actually walk the stations, but instead our journey will take place in our own homes guided by a daily post.

Each day leading up to Easter there will be a new post encouraging reflection on the journey that Jesus took on the way to the cross.  You can personally join this journey.  We hope that you will gather with us in praying, reading scripture, and reflecting on the Journey to the Cross.

You may want to create your own special space where you will go each day to reflect on the post, a cozy chair, a garden bench, or a quiet closet.  Lighting a candle may help you to focus or bring a warm presence to your experience.  If you're doing this journey as a family, then choose a time and place together.

Today, ask God to prepare your heart to follow Him into the journey and to open your heart to hear what He is saying to you.
